On 30 August 2026, GSO Athletic Center in Limassol becomes the setting for Sunset Wellness Social, a curated three-hour gathering that brings together fitness, beauty and community from 17:30 to 20:30. The timing is deliberate: as the Cypriot summer light softens into gold, the venue transforms into a space where women can move, learn and simply enjoy each other's company.
The programme is built around three distinct experiences, all covered by a single ticket. The evening opens with Sunset Pilates, a live group session designed to be taken at the pace of the fading light — energising without being exhausting. From there, the focus shifts to the Skin Glow Workshop, led by Herbalife and HL Skin, which offers practical, take-home advice on skincare routines and beauty habits. Rounding out the night is a complimentary AI facial analysis, a surprisingly personal touch that gives each guest a data-driven look at her own skin.
What makes this format compelling is its coherence. Rather than a loose collection of wellness activities, Sunset Wellness Social follows a clear arc: physical movement, knowledge, and individual attention. It is the kind of evening that leaves you feeling both refreshed and informed.
The event is aimed at women in and around Limassol who are curious about wellness in its broadest sense — not just exercise, but the rituals and relationships that sustain it. Registration is available; check the listing for ticket details.
